One order, every state it can reach
Three flows cover the day: intake, dispatch, and close out. Here is what each one actually looks like.
Intake
An operator writes it down, or sends the client a form link over WhatsApp and lets them fill it in. Either way it arrives priced and queued as New — no retyping from a chat thread.
Dispatch
Pick the driver from your account with zones, availability, and distance from their base in view. They get the details on WhatsApp and see the job the moment they sign in.
Close out
Status moves to complete, commission freezes against the price the order was priced at, and a PDF report is there for the order — all of it feeding the dashboard and the month’s finance view.
Send the client a form link over WhatsApp. What they fill in arrives as a complete order, already in the queue.
